Eight EHA faculty, including the President of EHA, Prof. J. Gribben, will participate in the 4th ISHBT–EHA Tutorial. Distinguished EHA and Indian faculty members will discuss state-of-the-art topics, including Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, Ph negative myeloproliferative neoplasms, Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Hematology practice in high-volume resource-constrained settings, Inherited haemolytic anemia, Bone marrow failure, Myeloma and Indolent lymphoproliferative disorders.

After successful organization of previous three Tutorials, we hope to have enthusiastic participation in these prestigious academic events by a large number of Diagnostic and Clinical Hematologists from India and SAARC countries.

Chandigarh, the ‘city beautiful’, is famous for Nek Chand’s Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake, many other beautiful gardens, shopping malls and food courts. The city at the foothills of the Shivalik range is the gateway to many nearby hill stations like Shimla, Kasauli, Chail and Dharamshala, besides its proximity to the world famous Golden Temple of Amritsar. Chandigarh is well connected by air, rail and road to all major cities of India.

The weather in late February is generally pleasant, requiring only light woollen garments.

On behalf of the organizing committee, we welcome you to a scientific feast and a very memorable & pleasant stay in Chandigarh.
